Smoked paprika

It is made by smoking paprika using natural smoke from oak wood.

It is used to enrich the flavour of meat marinades and grilled meats with its sweet and smoky aroma.

You can use it to marinade meat before cooking it or grilling it on the barbeque, as well as for seasoning meat soups, stews and sauces. It is traditionally used as the secret ingredient in paellas and other Spanish dishes.
